Got appreciation letters from Gujarat
State Collector, Principal Secretary and
Chief Co-ordinator Gujarat State for
rescue, relief and rehabilitation.

Corporate Office Building:
The project is under planning stage. The plan of the office building is approved
by Competent Authority. The office building is to be constructed in TP
Scheme No. 3, FP No. 78 having land area of 5000 Sq. m. at the cost of Rs. 800
lacs.

Construction of ROBs:
SUDA has proposed to construct ROBs at Sachin - Magdalla Road by widening
the existing ROB considering the heavy traffic, and new ROB at Gothan and
Sachin - Talangpur Road. Total costing of all ROB Rs. 5400.00 lacs. The
ROBs on Sachin - Magdalla Road and Gothan are approved under JNNURM

Lake Development:
SUDA has prepared the DPR for Lake Development costing Rs. 20 crores. The
total area of the project is 24 hectors (Six Villages). The DPR is submitted for
approval to Delhi under JNNURM Scheme.

Bridges:
Two Lane Bridge joining Abhava - Ubhrat having 1800 m. length on Mindhola
river is proposed by SUDA. The preliminary works such as survey, soil
investigation are taken up. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 30 crores.
This will facilitate in reducing the distance to Ubhrat by 20 km. Ubhrat is
having a Sea-Shore and famous for tourist place.

Outer Ring Road:
The Outer Ring Road of 6 lanes having 66 km length and 90 m. width is
proposed. This will help the diversion of traffic and thereby reducing the traffic
intensity on city area. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 5000 lacs.
