 e-Governance Initiatives by SUDA:


SUDA has taken a massive initiative towards eGovernance in order to have an efficient Public Administration. With various IT projects in the pipeline, SUDA will soon be a complete IT-enabled government organization under the Government of Gujarat to provide the best of public services.

File Approval Management System , is designed to provide SUDA's documents - intelligence and a power to manage itself, regardless of the various users in the organization through the various intelligent features. File Approval Management System being installed at SUDA allows SUDA's employees to add, view, download, and upload their documents. The accessing of documents are role and privilege based. Their documents are archived and versioning is maintained automatically. For all the processes the document history is also maintained. Various action and projects feature are included for documents, which means user can come to know that when and where a particular document is used and in which actions and projects it has been used. This is all done to mobilize and make the whole documentation processes more efficient.
